Frequently Asked Questions...

bmw ops?? can you tell me what it is?

i want to know something about it ,who can tell me?

Answer:

The OPS is a BMW diagnostic / programming head- it attaches to the car via a network cable which interfaces with either the BMW GT1 (group tester 1) or SSS (software service station- AKA Progman) to either diagnose or program the car. The OPS and the OPPS head as well as the basic head (DK head) are now obsolete and have been replaced by the BMW ISID diagnostic system and ISTA-P programming station which use heads called ICOMs.
